We have been assisting clients for over 10 years ranging from simple loft conversions to more intricate and complex basement works in both the residential and commercial sectors. We have a vision to be the specialist for all Party Wall matters operating within the M25 and East region of the United Kingdom.

The Role

As an Administrative Officer, you’ll be receiving extensive full-time training, and take on a number of responsibilities. These could include undertaking tasks such as managing file movement and tracking, logging correspondence, monitoring electronic inboxes, issuing letters, writing up reports and dealing with customer enquiries. You might also be involved in the scanning and digitising of customer supporting documents, updating relevant case management databases and files, and ensuring case files are adequately organised.

Other tasks could include telephone call handling, booking appointments, locating relevant documents on external business platforms, helping to maintain our B2B database and other general administrative tasks. Depending on business need, you might also be requested to perform a number of other additional duties.

About You

Naturally, we expect you to work hard, learn quickly, ask lots of questions, and have some fun along the way. You’ll possess the ability to make accurate decisions by collating and analysing relevant information. It’s essential that you have good written and verbal communication skills, and be capable of changing priorities while working quickly and efficiently. Ready to work independently and closely with the team as you achieve the businesses goals, you’ll also be comfortable using a range of IT platforms and packages.
