The Role
We are looking for a ambitious, highly motivated and customer focused Trainee Surveyor to join our expanding consultancy team.
This role comes with full training and is a role where you will required to travel on a daily basis to multiple locations around London and the East region of the United Kingdom undertaking surveys and filling in reports electronically. You will also be required to analyse architectural and structural engineers drawings to put together relevant documentation and reports. The candidate will also be required to carry out property inspections for our clients, arranging remedial works and post inspecting completed works. This might include damp, mould and condensation, minor structural and major repairs inspections.
About You
You must hold or begin the process of holding a RICS accredited surveying related degree. The required candidate must have a full clean driving license and be keen to learn. You must have experience in building pathology, root cause diagnosis and experience in undertaking property condition surveys. Other previous experience in the property related industry is beneficial. The ideal candidate must have good planning and organisational skills, a high attention to detail, confidence in handling stakeholders within the company, have strong written and verbal communication skills, have the ability to work under pressure, good interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with the public and property professionals and be passionate about the industry.
